# Apple Mail Privacy Protection (MPP)

[Apple Mail Privacy Protection](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/mail-privacy-protection/) (MPP) es una funcionalidad introducida por Apple que afecta la medición de aperturas en los correos electrónicos. MPP oculta la dirección IP del usuario y carga previamente los contenidos del email, incluyendo píxeles de seguimiento, sin que el destinatario haya abierto realmente el correo. Esto puede generar tasas de apertura infladas y afectar la precisión de los reportes de engagement en las campañas de email marketing.

Para mitigar este impacto, la plataforma cuenta con la detección de MPP, lo que permite diferenciar entre aperturas reales y aquellas influenciadas por MPP.
