# Canales

Las Notificaciones son una herramienta poderosa para mejorar el compromiso de los usuarios a lo largo de sus *User Journeys*. Este módulo ofrece soporte para diversos canales de comunicación, incluidos SMS, correo electrónico, notificaciones push, entre otros. En cualquier etapa del *User Journey*, es posible configurar notificaciones para enviarlas a los clientes a través de estos canales, aprovechando además las capacidades de variantes A/B testing.

Al incorporar notificaciones en los *User Journeys* y utilizar la funcionalidad de A/B testing, se puede crear una estrategia de comunicación dinámica y receptiva. Esto permite optimizar la manera en que se interactúa con los usuarios, asegurando que reciban mensajes relevantes y personalizados en el momento adecuado.
