# Audiencia

El targeting basado en audiencias permite mostrar contenido específico a clientes que pertenezcan o no a determinados grupos de audiencia. Esta funcionalidad facilita la personalización al dirigir ofertas, mensajes o promociones a segmentos específicos de clientes según su pertenencia a audiencias predefinidas. Por ejemplo, se puede mostrar un banner con una oferta especial únicamente a los clientes que forman parte de la Audiencia VIP.
